WELCOME AND REGISTRATION
Badges and documents will be handed out at the welcome desk on Monday 18th June from midday.

CATERING
Lunches will be served on site from 19 to 21 June.

POSTER AREA DISPLAY
Posters will be displayed throughout the conference. Authors will have at their disposal a panel of 1m wide and 1m high. Posters will be identified by a number.

SOCIAL PROGRAM
Monday 18^th June 2007 :
A welcome cocktail reception will be offered to all the participants and accompanying persons by Mr. D. Borotra, Senator and Mayor of Biarritz, at the city hall (12 avenue Edouard VII) from 6:45 pm.

Wednesday 20^th June 2007:
The conference dinner will take place at Arcangues. Made world-famous by the singer Luis Mariano, it is one of the most beautiful village of Pays Basque: the town hall and the school with their shutters painted blue (Arcangues Blue, heritage of the former Marquis d’Arcangues), the church with the graveyard overlooking the valley.
A typical dinner will be served in the “Théâtre de la Nature”.
Accompanying persons could join the attendees with a financial participation of 50 Euros (to be paid at the welcome desk of the conference).
The bus departure from the “Casino Municipal” is scheduled at 7:00 pm.
